Bedford North Lawrence finished 10th in both the boys and girls 5K races during the annual Ted Fox Invitational on the BNL course on Saturday morning.
The Stars scored 302 points in the 20-team boys field. Terre Haute South won the meet with 34, followed by Christian Academy (75), Columbus East (117), Jeffersonville (128) and Floyd Central (142).
Christian Academy’s Skylar Stidham won the individual race in 15:47.15, while teammate Caleb Futter was second in 15:52.62.
BNL’s top finisher was Isaak Gilbert, who was 32nd in 18:03.83, while Chance Pemberton was 46th in 18:35.56.
In the girls meet, the Stars scored 269 points to finish in the middle of the 16-team pack. Noblesville won the team title with 30, followed by Floyd Central (48), Terre Haute South (122) and Columbus East (164).
Noblesville’s Abigail Little was the overall champion in 19:00.73, while Christian Academy’s McKenna Cavanaugh was second in 19:08.16.
BNL’s Danielle Kittaka was 42nd (22:51.43) while teammate Payton Flynn was 49th (23:11.00).
The Stars will compete in the Hoosier Hills Conference meets on Oct. 1.
