Columbus East running back Jamon Hogan, for the second consecutive week and for the third time this season, was named Athlete of the Week by TheHHCSports.com.
Hogan exploded for 260 yards rushing and four touchdowns as the No.4 Olympians conquered Zionsville 42-35 in the Class 5-A regional championship. Hogan ripped off long TD runs of 29 and 92j yards, powering East (12-1) to the semistate at Bloomington South. Hogan now has rushed for 1,994 yards and 36 touchdowns this season.
